Stay was Sunday, April 24, 2011....Eventhough hotel and location is nice, service is horrible. Told at check in that my card did not go through...came to find out number was not taken correctly. Card charged for $50.00 incidental; not told this upfront....saw pending charge online with my card account. Called and told front desk about this, instead of accepting that this should have been explained prior to card being charged, tried to justify by saying that its only a pending charge and that $50.00 was not going to be charged....did not get the concept that it was not customer service to charge someone's card without setting their expectations correctly....
