I just bought my first car from Toyota Marin. I was really nervous about it - buying a car is not my area of expertise, and this was a huge financial investment for me. The service I received at Toyota Marin (I worked primarily with Salesman Victor Duru, but also with Jay (the Sales Manager) and Keith (Finance Manager)) was excellent. Victor was patient with my questions (I didn't know S meant "sport" so you can imagine what other ridiculous questions I asked about both the cars and the financing), and he helped me find a car that is perfect for me. I had looked at a few other places, but nowhere did I receive the attentive customer service that I did at Toyota Marin. I have had my car for about five days now, and I love it - it really is the perfect car for me. They've also called me to check in and see if I have any questions or needs, which I appreciate. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for great service and good prices.
