Review content:
Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center has excellent patient care. If they choose not to perform a surgery I would think it is in the best interest of the patient. The surgery is done on an outpatient basis and if there is any hesitation on the part of the Center I would have wanted to know before surgery rather than risk something going wrong.
