I got myself PADI certified through these guys last year and believe me, it was no small feat on their part. I was definitely their "problem child". Oh--I'll admit it--I was AWFUL. Passed their classroom work with flying colors, did okay with the pool and then freaked out when I had to do the mask removal exercise at yucky Aurora Reservoir.
These folks couldn't have been more patient with me. From private instruction to unlimited pool time to practice to a private instructor to certify me one on one, I received nothing but support and encouragement. What an awesome group of guys! I'm sure I must have frustrated the heck out of them, but they never let it show. By the end of this ordeal, I'd walk into their shop and everyone knew me. I was bringing them homemade baked goods by that time! I finally did get certified. YEA!! Thanks to them.
They also have great product and they are the best ones to talk to when you have no clue what it is you are looking for in SCUBA/snorkel equipment. They explained it to me so that I understood it. They also sponsor diving trips.
I'd say they are the best dive shop in town. (Especially for wimps like me!)
