Review content:
I find offense to the 'supposed dog show' owner, and to luscious 13 (whatever) as well. These people sound like super high maintenance folks that would not be happy anywhere they brought their pets, people with an axe to grind with everyone. \r
\r
I have been bringing my animals (cats as well as dogs), to Piper Glen since they opened and have been nothing but happy with the service we have received from them. I have a very expensive show horse as well so I understand the need for good service, treatment, and proper care. My dogs as well as cats have had a few problems that Piper Glen has always been able to treat with continued success and I have always felt that I received very informative and well-thought out diagnoses.\r
\r
Previously to coming to Piper Glen, I tried more than a few vets and a dozen groomers before settling on getting my dogs (and at times my kitty) groomed at Piper Glen (this saves me time as well since if they are due for shots and you cannot make it, you can opt to have the staff give them their shots while they are there for grooming). That being said, I know the staff will be nice and sensitive to my dogs if they are required to have shots. My dogs are very nice, but still picky when it comes to people, and they love the Piper Glen staff and tell them every time with a big lick on the chops. \r
\r
When some of my animals did pass away (we had four at one point), their staff was very sensitive about it and very helpful in getting us through that difficult time. \r
\r
So my advice to these two other high maintenance 'customers' is-- vote with your feet- leave, and go to some other place(s) that you are bound to find problems with as well. If not now, eventually. This way I won't have to wait at Piper Glen listening to you blasting some poor staff member. \r
\r
Thanks. \r
