I chose Roto-Rooter out of Kansas City as my plumber because of their reputation and because I know they'll be there tomorrow, next week and next year if I have any problem. The same can't be said for other plumbing businesses out there. The company called my workplace to le me know the repairman would be there in 30 minutes which I really appreciated. My repairman was Brandon (#506-3523). He couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgable. He dug right in, figured out the problem and finished in less time than estimated..which saved me money.
I highly reecommend Roto-Rooter and hope you're lucky enough to get Brandon if you call.
