It was Saturday afternooon and getting ready for dinner with family when we had an emergency with our main water shut off valve. After calling numerous other plumbing companies we finally reached someone at Roto-Rooter in Kansas City. They promissed to have a plumber here within 2 hours. He was here within a hour and a half! He saw the problem and gave us the quote. There were no hidden fees for being an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. The service man was very polite and professional. He was finished with the work within an hour. It was just in time for our dinner! I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has an emergency and doesn't want to ripped off!!! Thank you so much Roto-Rooter!
