I called Roto-Rooter in Orlando to have someone come and look at our garbage disposal, Was told someone would be here in approximately 2 hours and that they would let me know when they were on the way. Dave called, identified himself as the plumber from Roto-Rooter and said he was on his way. He was extremely nice, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined the situation, tried a few different things (trying to repair to save me money) but in the end we agreed it needed to be replaced. He worked quickly, completely cleaned up the area, let the water run for quite awhile to make sure it wasn't leaking, ran the disposal a few times to make sure everything was perfect. He completed the paperwork quickly and left. I would not hesitate to contact Roto-Rooter again for any and all plumbing needs!
