Major thumbs down. I took my cat in on Saturday for routine vaccines and to preview the services for future regular exam purposes since we now live close by. Frau Blucher at the front desk, couldn't be bothered to check people in or acknowledge their presence. I stood for over 10 minutes, as did 3 others, before being waited on by another staff person who was pleasant. Then after another period of time in the waiting room, Frau Blucher came to take my cat back for the vaccines. I asked if they also do a routine look-see at the cats, as every other clinic I have ever been to does, just to see if they notice anything amiss, and stated that I had noticed that my cat was tearing out of one eye for the past day - what would this possibly indicate? She very rudely stated that she couldn't address this since I wasn't there for an exam. I would have gladly "paid" for an exam if indicated.
