DO NOT GO HERE!! HORRIBLE repair work from Scott, the owner. Not too mention horrible customer service. I'd been engaged for only one week before going there and the work he did was beyond crappy! I gave him a brand new 18kt white gold engagement ring to be downsized and he gave it back to me DENTED, DISCOLORED AND WITH SCRATCHES!! I go back the next week and he halfway repairs it by making the scratches minimal and the ring is now lopsided! Brand new engagement ring!! Please don't trust this smug con-artist with your precious jewels. For him to consistently do this to people only proves he truly does not care about quality customer service. How is he still in business again?? Something needs to be done about this! He didn't even size my finger to get the right fit and my ring is actually still too big $178 and two trips later!! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!
