I 100 percent agree with Rick H. ! This is the absolute worst Barnes and Noble I have ever been to! The customer service is terrible. Most of the time the employees don't even acknowledge your existence and on the odd occasion that they do, they are extremely rude. On my last visit to the store, I went to the Customer Service desk that is located in the middle of the store. I wanted to pre-order a copy of the "New Moon" dvd, and I also wanted to order a book that I couldn't find on the shelves. The woman that waited on me did not know what the "New Moon" dvd was even though there was a sign advertising the pre-order promotion sitting right next to her. I explained what it was and she proceeded to tell me that I would have to go to the back to the music and video department because she did not know how to put my name on the pre-order list. I was slightly irritated, but I decided to press on and see if she could order the book for me that I was looking for. I provided her with the title
