Review content:
Music Department is excellent! There was a young African- american gentlmen (I believe his name was Robert) helped me find a movie that I was despartely looking for. He is polite and curtious and he makes his customers feel good about what they are buying. I thought to myself, "he must be a new employee". So I asked him if he was a new employee, but he replied that he has worked there for over a year. It amazes me to see an employee to still be smiling and seem like he truly cares about his customer; even after a year! Usually, after three months a new employee goes sour, but he still fresh and friendly. If this store is smart; I would consider keeping him, because I have seen many people complimenting his services (due to the fact that I was exploring around the music department for a long time trying to decide what I truly wanted). Despite the Complaints of the previous posts, I love what I've experienced! If the other negative comments are true, then I am glad I went to music depa
