I have lived in the Antelope Valley for twelve years and can't remember having a really enjoyable shopping experience at this B&N. Tonight I finally got fed up with the terrible customer service. They changed the store around and now it is like shopping at Walmart (at least Walmart employees are friendly). The music was too loud and busy to make book browsing enjoyable, there is now a much larger section of junk toys, and (as usual) I couldn't get anyone to help me find what I needed. It is actually cheaper to buy what I need online and pay for shipping than to drive all the way over there just to walk out empty-handed.
