Linda S., DVM, was compassionate and caring. Her staff, however is nasty, uncaring, cold and rude. The receptionist is the worse. I have never been treated in such a shabby way at a veterinary clinic. I have just moved to Mayfield from Parma, and my 4 pets' veterinary staff at Bartels & Busack are so wonderful, no one can live up their standards. Just Cats is dismal; tiny, less than clean looking, unattractive, and dimly lit. It was a sorry experience. The exams are done in an open room just off the tiny waiting room--so much for any HIPAA policies and procedures being followed. All of the 'confidential' discussion can be heard by everyone in the waiting room. Linda's two assistants gave me that 'daggers' look the whole time I was there, like I was wanting to put down my beloved pet of 18 years. The fact that my senior cat had to be put down was mentally stressful as it was, and the treatment by that gloomy, sarcastic receptionist made the experience even worse. If Linda did an overhau
