Review content:
I had taken my cats to Dr. Schoenberg back in the 90's before I moved out west. When I came back in 2001, and my beloved Joseph suddenly became lethargic and stopped eating, the only place I wanted to take him was Just Cats. After a thorough exam and x-rays, Joey went under anaesthesia for a biopsy. I got the phone call from her assistant, who was very emotional, telling me that poor Joseph and the "largest tumor Dr. had ever seen" and that they felt it would be best to "let him go" while under anaesthesia. As it turned out, I had just gotten a job, it was my first day and as you an imagine, the news was devastating. That evening I got home, and there was a voicemail from Dr. Linda, and she too was crying, and I kept that voicemail for so long because it meant so much to me that she understood how much I loved my boy and how sad she was that there was nothing she could do. I still have the certificate from Trees for Israel hanging on my wall, and when I came back to pick up Joey
