My family always uses this bakery for events that call for pastries. However, I recently ordered a cake from Jacquettes for my son's fourth Birthday. We ordered a sheet cake with a Batman picture on it. When my wife arrived, she was upset to find that the bakery:1. Placed the wrong Batman picture on the cake.2. The Batman Picture had air bubbles under it so Batman looked like a mutant.3. The sheet cake was more adequately described as a concave cake as it was uneven and the cake look like it had collapsed a bit in the middle section.Don't get me wrong, the cake tasted great, it just looked lousy! Quite a disappointment! Try explaining to a 4 year old why the bakery placed the incorrect picture on the cake.They comped us the cost of the Batman image but that was about it!
