They put the wrong weight oil in.\r
They never even looked at the air filter until they had finished and I asked them about it. I made him replace it\r
The level never even reached the dipstick which I found out after I pulled away and noticed the check level light was on.\r
They are a bunch of amateur kids in that place. (I asked one of them what the generator was when I pointed at it and he didn't know) \r
My car could have seized up!\r
The car wash was no better. I paid an extra 5 bux to have the wheels and tires done and I ended up picking up the cloth and doing them myself while they watched.\r
I have been going here for 10 years and they have become more than sloppy.\r
I will not go back there again.\r
I asked for my money back ($65!). They gave two free car washes...as if I would return??\r
Do not patronize this business please, they do not deserve to have a business license as they cannot operate their business to even a minimum standard.\r
