Definitely would recommend. Customer service was above and beyond. I took lessons from John and his knowledge was apparent from day one. He taught me a great deal until finally I felt comfortable buying a used piano of my own. If you're in the Castro Valley or east bay area I would say check this place out. It's well worth it
