Memorial day weekend 2011, friends from various part of the country came together for what we thought was gonna be an awesome meal. The entire meal and evening (7:30-10:15) spent at the restuarant was a nightmare. The staff seemed confused and disorganized. The service was VERY slow, the salad order was mixed up and several hours after we ordered, the ""food"" arrived. The steaks were over-cooked and the quality of the food was horrific. The potatoes were old and brown colored and in an attempt to cover up the lack of fresh food, they covered them some ungodly sauce. Several of us refused to eat the meat as it was like shoe leather. We didn't even get all of our food!!!! The waiter was sweating the entire time. We finally learned that (2) chefs had walked out that night and they were trying to serve a wedding party of 400 across the street. We believe we were served wedding party seconds. We asked to see a manager and finally a lady appeared and offered our party free deserts as an apology for a ruined evening. To add insult to injury they actually charged members of our party for salads and drinks even though we didnt get all of our food and our meal and evening were reuined. We will NEVER eat there again. BEWARE BEWARE! This place is a TOURIST TRAP. DO NOT EAT THERE!--- \r \r
