Recently I went with a friend to this particular business. She was having problems with her cingular phone (actually she is still ATT Wireless, she refused to accept cingulars plan because well it stunk compared to the one she has through ATT). We walked in and the gentelmen was rude right off the get go. He sat in his chair and asked if we needed anything, while playing a game on his phone. My friend asked if he could help her with a feature on her phone (she wanted to know if she could reprogram one of the keys). He took the phone from her and started to mess with it. Needless to say he couldn't get the change done and ended up making a disaster out of her phone. While he was messing around he apparently noticed that she was still an ATT wireless "person". He promptly attacked her with the "you have to switch over now because you wont have service in a while". Of course she explained to this man (something she has discussed with the phone reps over and over again) that s
