After my convertible top was torn as a result of the March 1st 'snow pile' in Athens, GA. I was referred to Oconee Trim Shop. A local, family owned and operated, 60 year business. It is located in the rural surrounding area of Athens, GA. The shop had been without power for 3 days, but the owner was there, working diligently on a cabinet. I introduced myself and we went on to chat for about 20 minutes on my 'lovely' Tennessee accent, and Memphis, TN BBQ! The owner inspected the damage and called the referring car dealership to discuss replacement options. Not only did he take the time to chat with a customer, but he thoroughly explained options, warranty coverage, and time required for the repair. I left feeling confident about having this business do the work. After the replacement top arrived, it took just 2 days, as promised, to complete the repair. The craftmanship was top notch. The interior of my car was cleaner than when I had left it, and the exterior was sparkling from the car
