I tried to verify some rate plans and to see if I could get some help with existing SIM card error.\r
When I entered the store it felt like I was being profiled as they took many minutes at the computer. Note sure if they were looking at my account or not, but it sure felt like I was being looked at.\r
I finally got waited on and they asked me if what I needed help on, so I proceeded to tell them about coming in to inquiry about changing rate plans.\r

They asked for my code and I asked what code? I didn't know I had to give them a code on my account, but proceeded to tell them my online password. That didn't work and they couldn't get in my account with the code.\r

I left after 10 minutes just waiting and then they told me that my wife's name has the account. I told them that was impossible that her name was not even on the account, both phones in my name.\r
