Review content:
While a very friendly studio, my daughter did not learn much from her teacher. The teacher did not show the girls proper posture, the right positions or stance. I believe if a child is to learn ballet, they should learn it right the first time. Also, for the recital, too much emphasis was placed on the appearances -- hair curled and too much make-up for a little girl. Too many classes were cancelled because the older girls were going to competition. We've switched to a studio run by professional ballerinas and both of my daughters are doing wonderfully and have learned a lot!
PROS: affordability, location
CONS: not enough emphasis on proper dance techniques
