I am a long time Cingular customer (7yrs) and this is one Cingular Wireless store that I hate going into. The sales people are always rude and condescending. If you ask a question, you receive a very short answer that usually amounts to "figure it out yourself". I've attempted to pay my bill statement in this store, only to be told by a rep that their job duties do no include taking payments. I'm then directed to an automatic payment machine, which in that case, I could have made my payment online from home! The customer service and the atmosphere in the store is so horrible, I make it a point not to go in this store for anything!
