The new owner Franks Evans III is awesome as well as the service manager James. I am a single mother of 2 and do not have a lot of money. I went in there with my 2000 hyun. accent. The car only went into reverse and I knew it had to be a transmission problem. James, the service manager, had genuine concern for my car, and got right on it. He explained to me that they were going to check it out for free, and that it would take about an hour or so to figure out the problem. Frank then offered to give myself and my children a ride back home. About an hour later James called me with the news of what my vehicle was doing. He explained to me that they checked the level color and condition of my transmission fluid, took the car on a test drive, and scanned the vehicle for any codes that might be present. He explained to me that it was an internal problem with the transmission and gave me a price to repair it. I explained to him that I didn't have that kind of money, so he went to talk to the
