After owning a cell phone I bought at this location for 7 months I tried to return it for an exchange. The only thing wrong with the phone was the screen was not available- just a blank white screen with no visuals. The phone rang when I got calls, I could hear a beep when I got a text- I could even make a phone call as long as I had memorized the number. The phone had never been dropped or dropped in water. \r
In speaking with Charles Newkirk and then Alex Alonzo I was accused of "dropping the phone in water" and there was nothing they could do to help. No exchanges, no return etc. And then I was told I would have to purchase a new phone. I told them I never dropped my phone in water but both Alex and Charles insisted I had. They said there was a little red square near where the battery was that indicated it had been dropped in water and therefore any warranty was invalid. \r
