Texas-Air in Cypress, Texas has gone the extra mile to help us with our heat pump. For example, their office staff spent countless hours on the phone with us and with the supplier. Finally, when the supplier could not help us any more with parts, Texas-Air replaced the whole system to ensure that we had a properly functioning tank. Texas-Air technicians came time and time again and were unfailingly courteous and knowledgeable and were hampered only by the issue being one of hardware. They did not give up on any issue until they ensured we were satisfied. We would agree that they are an exceptional service company.
