I hated wearing glasses and contacts were so expensive, plus I heard they were damaging to the eye. I opted to have correction surgery and it was the best thing I'd done. Ahead of time, the staff gave a preliminary examination to ensure I was a good candidate for the surgery, which comforted me because I was worried about permanent blindness if something went wrong. These skilled surgeons have done millions of these operations, and you can even watch one in progress. It's relatively quick, and the end result is amazing - I can see crystal clear now.
