They had my shoes for about a month without calling me. I called for an update today 2/20/09 and politely mentioned that I hadn't been contacted yet as I was told that I would be ...so I would appreciate an update on my shoes. the woman was very rude and asked "why would we call you?!" I replied, "because the woman I spoke to before (who was acutally very nice) told me that someone would call to inform me whether or not my shoes even could be repaired in the first place as she needed to speak to her husband about it first" (My shoes were broken and in bad condition). The first woman had mentioned that it might prove costly to fix the shoes if it was even possible and she had to ask her husband (I suppose the shoe repairman) and they would call me. The woman on the phone was very rude, asked for my name and couldn't locate my order based on that, finally and asked me for my ticket number. \r \r Bottom line: Rudeness should not be tolerated and I will not be back. Obviously, I didn't
