Businiess name:  Shively Animal Clinic & Hospital

Review content:
I have gone to Shively Animal Clinic for over 30 years. Even when I moved to the east end of Louisville, heck .. even when I moved to Central Indiana...I still continued to take my pets to Shively. They have saved several of my dogs that other vets could not even diagnose. Yes, the place is busy. It's definitely not a spa type atmosphere... But stop to consider why it is so busy!! Because so many people know they are the best in town. That is why they take care of all of the Greyhound rescue dogs and all dogs who are part of the Metro Louisville Police force. They will even take in wild animals who have been injured or abandoned for no charge. I took a nest of baby birds that had fallen out a tree several summers ago and they took them right in. They take many 'messy' cases that other vets will not touch. So..if you are looking for calm, quiet atmosphere where everything is automated, you may look elsewhere. But if you are looking for the best medical care for your pet..go
