I've bought several pieces over the years from these folks. I've also sold a piece or two with them. Both types of transactions have been pleasant.
As a buyer, I enjoy their selection of gently used furniture (as the name implies, this is no junk shop). It is as artistically arranged and laid out as nicely as any of the new furniture stores in town--at a fraction of the price. They also have great buys on artwork and accent pieces. The guys there always lend a hand to help me load up my car--which is very much appreciated. They also encourage browsing and after a friendly "hello" they let you poke without bothering you.
As a seller, they picked up my piece for me (it was a couch), priced it fairly and it was soled promptly. I received my payment in a timely manner and they took their cut. Win/win all the way around.
i would suggest checking this shop out even if what you are looking for is unique. You never know! I found a wonderful Chinese wine cabinet there a few years ago and everyone comments on how beautiful it is.
