Review content:
This was my first time visiting this animal hospital. I was kenneling my dogs and when I went to pick them up. No one was there. The person came in sometime after 8am and they are supposed to open at 7am. The person name Erin just laughed in my face and said it was an "honest mistake" that the person overslept. I do understand that things happen but there is no number to get ahold of anyone that works at the clinic and the parking lot was stacked with cars and people waiting to get their pets. If they are so relaxed in being on time, how do you think they would take care of your pet in an emergency. I would never ever take my dogs there again and you should either!
