Last time I went to see Dr. Ewert, and he was impatient, couldn't answer my questions and did things to my puppy without even asking, and I was shocked at the high vet bill at the end. I felt terrible after leaving the place. The only reason that I will consider going back is because I have seen Dr. Sproul and he is a trustworthy and kind vet that has a lot of experience and knows what he is doing. I just made the mistake of making the appointment with the wrong doctor last time. Same animal hospital, two doctors, and they are not the same!
Pros: Dr. Sproul is honest and gives affordable prices
Cons: Learned from my mistakes, will only see Dr. Sproul from now
