I bought a house just a few blocks away from them. That needed a little TLC. One of the things it need was a new hot water heater. Not knowing any plumbers in the area and them being near by I had them install a new one. It didn't take to long to find out that they had installed an inferior product and over charged me, because it split down the back and leaked all over my basement floor. Up contacting them about the warranty and to get it replaced they side that it was under warranty and they would replace it and the only thing I would have to pay is for labor to install another one. (I had already paid them for both the original one and the labor to install). I had to call off work because they said I had to be there when they installed. They never showed up. And called after my day was already shot and said they would be there the next day. I called off work again. Again they didn't show up and didn't call me until my day was shot.
