Review content:
One thing is for sure they are great about not making you feel uncomfortable about your smile when it is not in great shape. However, when I was on the phone with the office manager I heard her talk about me to someone else when she though I was on hold. She made a comment about me, "This one is being picky" when all I though was I was being an intelligent consumer about my dental health. I did not think I was asking too many questions and I though I was doing the right thing as a patient and I was SHOCKED after she had made such comment. I have sent a letter to the office and I never heard back from them. I though I had the right to receive as many answers to as many questions as I asked, but apparently NOT. In general the office is run in a very phoney, condescending, and unprofessional manner.
