I don't even know where to start with this place. The staff is rude and clearly did not care about my cat. I took him in to be neutered and they tried to add on a bunch of charges that were unneccesary. When I said no thank you, they felt the need to tell me how I did not care enough about my cat and that I would never be allowed to bring my cat back, as if they had to worry about that! I now take all my cats to ShandonWood Animal Clinic. I have been going there for years now and never had any problems. I would suggest that any readers of this review would do the same!
