Review content:
The tower cafe is a great place for weekend brunches. I recommend the eggs tower, their own version of eggs benedict. When the weather is nice, it's great to enjoy the patio.
The lunches and dinners are also good and the menu is full of unusual selections for Sacramento. The decor is eclectic and the atmosphere is always interesting.
the bakery has an excellent selection of deserts.
The cafe is in the same building as the tower theatre, which usually runs artsy films. Its a good dinner or lunch before the movie or drinks/desert after.
PROS: good prices, good and unusual food
CONS: can be very crowded, shares parking with theatre, so parking can be tight
