Dear Bob & Team, We wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how great\r
our experience with your office has been. We didn't know what to expect\r
when our original agent retired and our policies were going to be managed by\r
your team. Well, you and your folks have exceeded our expectations as far\r
as helpfulness, high quality of customer service and the ""personal"" approach\r
you all take. Our calls are always answered promptly, our inquiries are\r
always addressed to our satisfaction and we genuinely feel well cared-for.\r
This past weekend I realized I needed copies of our car insurance cards.\r
Within hours of sending the request to you online, Maryellen quickly\r
responded, sent us a file to print the cards out and dropped copies in the\r
mail as well. We are enjoying our relationship with you & your team, and\r
really appreciate knowing we can trust you to always have our best interest\r
