Museum glass IS THE HIGHEST PRICED glass available and you are being charged for it. Ask about what glass they are adding to your custom order and protect your wallet! You now need to specifically ask for regular glass and watch how much the price goes down.\r

The custom Framing department in Hobby Lobby stores in northern Illinois is running a scam. They are adding Museum Glass (the most expensive glass) and adding it to custom framing orders without informing "YOU" the customer! They feel that they can sneak this higher priced glass in without you noticing charging you 30-40% more than if you had used normal glass. \r

This is not the fault of the employees, they receive no commission and are not rewarded for higher sales, this is a request from upper management so they can make more money off you! \r
