I think this is an amazing store. I think some people are expecting the full amount of what they paid for the clothes in the first place and that's just not how it works. You may think your stuff is in great condition but they are the employees I assume they are trained on how to buy clothing and every employee has a different taste or opinion so that is probably why you see great stuff and sometimes bad items, Im sure you don't do your job perfectly everyday. I love this store and I buy all my clothes there and the staff has a few bad apples but for the most part they are helpful and friendly and I would recommend this store to everyone! Some people think too highly of their "nice supposedly new stuff" and really it is crap!
