Our 21 month old son loves the Village Learning Center. He is happy to go to school every day. I am pleased with the activities they do during the day - they read every day, have art projects often, play in the outdoor area, etc. I think our son is learning a lot there. For example, he recites days of the week (not in order) and sings the "baby bumble bee" song pretty well. These are a few things that I know I didn't go over with him so he must have learned them at school. I was impressed how quickly he learned all the other children's names. When we ask him how his day was, he mentions "I play [name of child]"...he goes right down the list of his friends and teachers. I think the teachers do a great job of encouraging them to play nicely together and share. The teachers really understand where each child is coming from - where they are developmentally and what their likes and dislikes are.
