I agree with the comment made by Patti regarding her parent in the memory care unit. My father was also in the memory care unit at Sanctuary at Northstar in Kennesaw for 4 months until he died. The staff seemed to be caring but very understaffed. They were quite good at taking the phone to my dad when I called long distance so I could speak to him. Unfortunately, he was there a month before we found out I could even call him at all. Not the best communication from the director to my mother about that. They did not call my mother when he was dying so she could sit with him. They knew because I called that evening at 6 pm and was told he had been unresponsive all day. I would think if they weren't busy cleaning and trying to care for so many patients, they might have had time to notice his worsening condition. I don't fault the staff but the management their understaffing. My father died on October 2nd and that day my mother got all his things and furniture from his room and returned t
