I called them trying to ask if they had driving belt and a number of other parts for my tractor. (Pretty much universal parts that were cross- referenced and sold to me by Ontrac in Henrietta).\r
The second I mentioned the name of my tractor- I was told that there were no parts available and the guy HUNG UP ON ME!!!!\r
I did not even have chance to tell him what did I need or want.\r

I called later and asked for the owner. Right after I mentioned that I wanted to report unprofessional behavior of his employee, I was told: "I don't have time for complaints!" Right after that the owner HUNG UP ON ME!!!\r

What a way to treat potential customers!!!! Good job, guys!!!!
