Review content:
I took my Toro 3450 snow blower to this business less a year ago. They replaced the ignition and carburetor plus a few other tune up items. It cost me more than 180 dollars for repairs. After the repairs were complete I used it maybe ten more times during the snow season. I followed their instructions to for summer storage using a fuel stabilizer in the gas. Well, today I just tried starting my snow blower and gasoline was pouring out of the carburetor. They told me I improperly stored it, even though I followed their instruction to the tee. They wanted me to bring back in for further repairs and charge me at least another 100 dollars because he told me and I quote " I don't work for free". I also filed a dispute with Better Busniess Buraeu because this business will not back up their work and place all blame on the customer no matter the situation. One star is giving them way more credit than they deserve.
