Review content:
Even though I love the Dealership and we bought 3 cars in the past 5 years from them, I hate going to the reapir shop. They have limited hours and if you do take the car in you wait and wait. My new car was still under warranty when I took it in and told them the AC was making noises. They said it wasn't. Then in winter, the Heat only blew out of the AC vents. I related that to the AC problem before, but they said no and by then I was over milage for the warranty. I complained to corporate and 2 months later, they agreed to fix my car. Only to break the light behind the dash while they were in it and none of the instrument panels would light up. When I took it back the next day, they said it was unrelated and I had to pay over $100 to fix the lightbulb myself. While I will buy a car from them again, I would never go their for ANY car repair. I have a recall notice sitting on my desk and I refuse to go back to the dealership for the repair.
