We booked supershuttle for my sister from San Jose downtown to SFO. \r
We waited 15 minutes before calling these stupid customer reps. We were told our shuttle was canceled. Neither had we shared our confirmation number with anyone nor did we cancel it.\r

I bet these guys didn't get anyone to share the ride and conveniently canceled it. We had provided a phone number and we were never informed of the cancellation. \r

Do note we did not cancel the shuttle and I am sure this was a big lie. The customer reps said our alternative was to take a regular cab and not miss our flight. I am going to accept that advice even if I am not late and not use supershuttle ever again.\r

SJ to SFO - super shuttle means you'll miss your flight.\r
\r
You want to stay stranded, then super shuttle is the way to go. BTW I am pretty pissed and it is one hour back that I went to see off my sister. \r
