Review content:
R.I.S.E. seems to raise their prices every season. The refs are inconsistent, and seem to have favorites. The level of play here is recreational at best. It is okay if you want to play for fun, but not for competition. Hope you also have deep pockets. The website does make it easy to register and pay, but you can't keep stats.
