I had substantial damage to a wall due to a cracked copper condensation line. This existing line was part of new construction and was threaded from one side of the house through the floor joists to drain in the outflow from the laundry area; a very big job and also prone to leaking again once the wall repairs had been made. Ted R. arrived on the morning of July 4th and quickly proposed a more elegant solution; there was a drain pipe for the hot water heater not 4 feet from the condensation pump, why not route the water to this drain instead of threading a new line through the joists? Excellent! Not only did it save me money, but it will prevent the problem from recurring. I'll have the wall and floor repaired now without worry. Ted R. is an astute and talented professional, and I would recommend him to anyone needing expert HVAC or plumbing repairs in their home.
