Towed the car from my house to the shop at no charge. Took 5 days to do the job \r
(although this includes the 4th of July holiday period).\r
When I returned for my minivan, I was pleasantly surprised \r
in that he not only fixed the transmission, but had thoroughly \r
detailed the car to include armor-all on the tires at no additional charge. \r
After it was fixed, went on our family vacation to the Grand Canyon and back \r
to San Antonio, about 3000 miles of driving, with no problems whatsoever. \r
This is absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanic! \r
I recommend him highly.
