Review content:
The actual agent for this location, Tony Brooks, does a pretty good job and is attentive and responsive to his clients, but the shortfall is with some of his staff.
Not that any of them were rude or anything, it's just that they didn't necessarily follow-through with everything as we have had to call them multiple times in order to fix something with our coverage. They also were quick to blame our Las Vegas State Farm agent for certain things with our coverage, and we've have always been well serviced by the folks in Las Vegas (see my other recommendation for State Farm Insurance).
If we would've stuck around in the Seattle/Tacoma area, we might've changed our insurance to another State Farm agent in the area.
PROS:
CONS: The staff's customer service needs to be worked on.
